Breakfast Martini Recipe | Perfect Brunch & Gameday Cocktail

by P4 Realty Partners

It’s Alabama’s morning gameday (Roll Tide!), and there’s nothing better than gathering with friends, great food, and the perfect cocktail to start the day. For this month’s feature, we’re bringing you the Breakfast Martini—a light, citrusy drink that’s just as perfect for brunch at home as it is for your next tailgate.

This recipe is simple, refreshing, and guaranteed to impress your guests.

The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tsp orange marmalade

  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • 0.5 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

Instructions:

  1. Add the orange marmalade and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Stir them together to break up the marmalade.

  2. Pour in the gin and Cointreau (or Triple Sec).

  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

  4. Double strain into a martini glass.

  5. Garnish with an orange twist.

That’s it! A few simple steps and you’ve got a cocktail that’s smooth, zesty, and perfect for sipping while cheering on your team.

Why We Love It

The Breakfast Martini has just the right balance of sweet and tart. The marmalade adds a unique twist you don’t get with most cocktails, and the lemon keeps it bright. It’s not too heavy, making it the perfect complement to brunch foods or tailgate snacks.
